Directed Energy Attack Update

I just wanted to post this for my readers awareness. This morning from 0300-0500, I was assaulted heavily with Directed Energy against the skin and muscles, along with sleep harassment (neurotransmitter cascades) and REM state surveillance/manipulation using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Virtual Reality (VR) tools and real time DOD controllers. I consider every instance of Directed Energy use against me a felony and as of right now, in just Oregon alone, the crimes have been taking place for 10 years. If I was hit only once per day that would equal 3650 felonies. I can reassure you it’s been more than that..
