This victim, this author (Lissa) believes the time for Fusion Centers, the free sharing of our private information and the police brutality of Cointelpro in the US has run its course and that victim’s of this lethal COINTELPRO and Weapons & Nanotechnologies programs (EML EMF MICROWAVES LASERS TASERS) and the highly illegal use of ATTO technologies on victims needs to be suspected immediately and the victim’s (self included) are to be reimbursed for all the pain and suffering of our human loss, the years stolen, homes stolen by their ex-commissioned and commissioned counterparts known as components and entities in the DoD Directives.

Those that lost family members and businesses from the 911 attacks were given 5 million each, many were not even in the general vicinity or suffered any damages to their business that goes unreported.

There also needs to be serious oversight of the medical monitors and terrorism in America monitors for serious over-sight and I can not think of better people to do this (and to the military members who are out of control, as well as data centers) than the victims themselves.
