2. This is a true story below, and I am telling 100% the truth.

   Title: East German STASI tactics combined with COINTELPRO in Lancaster, Hershey and South Central Pennsylvania.

   Subject: Rich, wealthy hiring private investigators who are the following freemason ex-FBI agents, and Masonic Ex-State Cops in order to harass, social network with individuals in the community and in law enforcement. Using illegal surveillance equipment to stalk, and mob individuals to the point where they have a breakdown, are institutionalized, thrown in prison for bogus crimes, and diagnosed with delusional disorders in order to be discredit.

   It was done to me. I am sociologist. I am a former U.S. Soldier who earned three honorable discharges. I was targeted in Lancaster pennsylvnai. I posted my experience on Lawrence Odonnell’s website “The Last Word”. My experience is in the comment section of “Do we Protect our cell phones” posted in July of 2012. (Google, Cell-phones, PHRC Case No.200800802, Lawrence Odonnell, the last word, whistleblower, and my experience will come up)

   I filed formal complaints against Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pa. Those complaints are as followed: PHRC Case No.200800802 & EEOC Case No.17F200960329. A lot of crazy things were happening at the college. It was bizarre. I was being harassed, and mobbed relentlessly. So I spoke to an academically attorney named Vivian B. Narehood. Ms Narahood stated, “Oh my God. Call the Pa Governor immediately. File complaints with the PHRC and EEOC. This isn’t about your teaching. You are a great teacher.”

   Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster harassed and pushed out three professors in less than two years, and a fourth person if you count the HOMOSEXUAl ex-marine who was discriminated against and chased off at the college in Lancaster(2 of these individuals made the newspaper outside lancaster, and one I have dozens of emails from describing her experience of being harassed/mobbed). All of us were from the same small dept at the college in Lancaster pa. I found out they were harassing/mobbing and chasing off the following:HOMOSEXUALS, U.S. Veterans, Vulnerable U.S. veterans,outsiders, the outspoken, and whistleblowers. They were replacing them with the following: RELATIVES (nepotism or Nepo-Discrim), Friends, fellow Freemasons, MasonicTools, and eastern Stars (female masons). Young adult freemason were being sent into the classroom in order to harass and give professor a hard time. They would write letters and harass instuctors assisting the adminstration and colleague in mobbing. And then replace these chase out professor with favorable replacements from the community of Lancaster pa. These individuals were stalking me, and then setting me up for “FAKE STALKING” Charges. this is true.

   Quickly after my charge a freemason named Ole Freemason Ad Crable was contacted by an University of Delaware security guard, and Ole Freemason Ad Crable immediately place me on the internet 12x, internet black balling me and internet black listing me for being a whistleblower. Ole Freemason Ad Crable had currently dropped the internet black listing down to 6x.

   My harassment/mobbing had gone on for well over two years. It may have gone on longer. I started to keep journals after two sociologists called me, and advised me to document everything. So I started to do that, and file complaints along the way in order to have evidence. I was being isolated, and harassed. I was being isolated so that there weren’t any witnesses. However, I out foxed them. I set things into place that recorded and acted as markers to the harassment and mobbing.

   I was stalked after my formal complaint for 10 months. A lenghty bogus investigation was intiated. This is true. The investigation was by the University of Delaware security department. They were led over the past three years by two Ex-FBI agents/Ex-state cops. I assume they are freemasons too. Apparently these individuals were given a blank check to harass and stalk me at will. My computer was HACKED into illegally and my personal emails were read without a warrant. How do I know this? My former attorney obtain the University of Delaware police reports. They are riddled with out right lies. It’s clear they down loaded my email messages and transcribed a story (a story!) on the police reports to have me appear unstable and dangerous. There was also a mystery witness calling into the police depart at the University of delaware. This person was lying about everything. He stated he saw me on a few occassions driving around Delaware. This is a lie. This mystery witness also stated I HACKED into my ex-girlfriend computer 400x. This is a lie. I don’t know how to HACK into peoples computers, nor would I do it if I could.

   Forensic Psychologist/criminologist Dr. Robert G. Thompson at the New Castle Delaware psych-clinic in De stated the following to me, “They really wanted to hurt you. They wanted to get you for everything they could. You were smart. I support you. You are honest. Yes I believe they were sending you those text messages, and I believe they did a lot more you are unaware of. You are very smart, they wanted to get you for a lot more. You were bad when you first came in here. You aren’t seeing anything are you. You are just depressed. I was worried about you. You are a little better now. the prosecutor and the U.D. security guard wanted to have me institutionalize you. I said “NO”. I wanted you to know that. I told them this is my decision and you are staying in Lancaster. You are just depressed. They wanted hurt you bad. Nobody was communication with you and you were unaware of what they were doing.” They attempted to have me diagnosed with a delusional disorder or schizophrenia.

   In late December of 2010, I went before Judge Jerome O. Herlihy (phone number 302-577-7042 & 302-255-0800)of the Delaware superior court room in Wilmington De. Apparently they fixed my attorney. Judge Jerome O. Herlihy had this to say to me late December of 2010, “What are University of delaware security guards heading up to lancaster Pa for anyway? Did your attorney even communicate with you at all? where did you get him? He is no good. He isn’t helping you. Get rid of him. What kind of deal did these two give you? You know you aren’t guilty of this charge. You know you can be found not guilty of this charge in front of your peers. Do you not recall because you didn’t do this stuff? You are not DANGEROUS. Jail is for DANGEROUS people, and you certainly aren’t one of them. I am not going to send you to jail. There is nothing wrong with you. You are just depressed. What kind of meds do they have you on. Yes I will see your evidence. Any that you have. This is weird. You are from York and this happened in Lancaster. What are Univerisity of Delaware security guards headed to Lancaster pa for anyway? This is strange. This doesn’t make any sense to me. Something just not right here.

   There are numerous other details posted on Lawrence Odonnells website “the last word”. I have an 150 page time-line the ACLU had told me to construct. All the names, dates and experiences are documented. There is no doubt in the world east german STASI tactics were employed against me. I placed under surveillance by the neighborhood watch group on WOODS ave in Lancaster Pa.

   Pa State Trooper Richard T. Drum called me 3x and stated the following to me, “I have never seen an investigation like this before. This certainly isn’t state police protocol nor none I have ever seen before. We call people. we talk to people. we just don’t come out and bust into peoples houses. You don’t have any guns. I don’t get this 90% of the things they took had nothing to do with any charges. You should get it all back. This is weird. They were taking pictures, and going through your person things. They walked across the street to peoples houses they knew were home. They walked directly to their houses and talked to them as if they knew them. This is strange. It was in the middle of a summer weekday afternoon. That U.D. security guard called Ole Freemason Ad Crable. That U.D. security guard said those things to Ole Freemason Ad Crable. This is weird. I don’t know. I am just the middle man here.”

   Pa State trooper Richard T. Drum stated this after I was arrested and charged, and then place in a prison down in Delaware at 15x the normal amount of bail. These security guards found out through the neighbor watch group my friend from the house was coming down to delaware in order to bail me out. These security guards then rushed up to WOODS ave in lancaster and busted through the window. They took the following: College books, piled my ex-girlfriends gifts of POLO shirts up in the middle of the bed. And my three army medals vanished on the dresser I earned from my three honorable discharges.

   Down in Delaware these security guards accused me of Wanting to blow up the Univeristy of delaware and kill more kids than virginia tech.

   For two years before my arrest rumors were being spread about me I was the following: dangerous, unstable, a racist, aggressive, on drugs, a time-bomb, a loose cannon, and that I had WEAPONS. I have never owned a gun in my life, and I am a pacifest. I am a reasonable man and a quiet intellectual.

   I have hundreds of small details. All my paper work. There are rich wealthy “CHRISTIANS” hiring ex-FBI agents, and Ex-STATE COPS who are freemasons in order to stalk and place innocent citizens under surveillance in the HERSHEY, Lancaster and south central Pennsylvania area. This individuals are wealthy and paying these hit men 15k to 20k to stalk VULNERABLE U.S. Veterans like myself who are unaware of what is happening around them, and who are not being communicated with. I methodically stalked, mobbed/harassed and set up for crimes. STASI tactics were employed combined with Ole School bullying, Ex-KGB hardware and spyware. This APPs ran in the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and the USA TODAY from July 12-22 of 2012. There were several articles about whistlelbower retaliation and illegal surveillance. The theft of emails illegally down loaded with warrants, and App that can be attached to cell phone in order to stalk individuals and read their emails and text messages. GPS’s were discused to in the articles over the last few weeks.

   In summary: Wealthy/freemason/christian individuals in Lancaster and Hershey, and south central Pennsylvania appear to be terrorizing the following Vulnerable U.S. Veterans, outsiders, whistleblowers, the outspoken, U.S. Veterans, and HOMOSEXUALS. They are paying ex-FBI agents and Ex-state cops who are freemasons to stalk and are terrorizing vulnerable individuals. COINTELPRO-East German STASI tactics combined with OLE SCHOOL FREEMASON mobbing/harassment, and GADGETS such as ex-KGB spyware. And these individuals investigating/stalking are doing this illegal surveillance under the cover of the law (And getting the ex-FBI wild card, the Ex-State cop Wild card, and the freemason wild card)

   • The same was done to me in Maryland after I sued one of the top 2 govt contractors, Bethlehem Steel Ship Corporation in Md (The Point). I went up against one of the top ten law firms in the country over my husband’s murder.and yes he was murdered–blown-in-half and still talking. Since, I have been chased everywhere. Nazi-Stasi murdering torturers in NC now FL. I tried going to a civil rights attorney and a detective however this SOB sick STASI town (Palm Coast in Flagler CO FL) called ahead telling them I escaped from a law firm.

     I know judges are sick and in on it. Other’s knew and said they’d never seen anything like it. They knocked on my door in NC and claimed I ‘turned my lights off in 1 room’ therefore I must be crazy-their words ‘mental.’

     What I have witnessed is nothing less than pure unadultered evil torturing murderers.

     These scumbag low life ‘hillbillies’ and their ex-FBI and ex-SBI (state sponsored terroriists) mix in with DOD Natl guard types, and medical teams and CIA to send you (me) to an endgame after just shooting my entire body (bloating it) with ? microwaves.

     A detective in NC told me they were lied too.. that its not nonlethal its lethal and to tell all that its a Nation of Traitors. As I type this I was just shot in the back and legs with LETHAL God only knows what and it swelled my entire body up. Since I left NC they chased me at 122 miles outside the FL border hitting me with a Raytheon hand held CIA gun (I think) straight thru the heart. They have hit me thru the heart countless times here and I now get crusified by CORRUPT COPS (car thieves, drug rings 4 of them in Palm Coast FL — just in my subdivision alone). They are the sickest, most evil scumbags in the world. I hate all of them.

     They’re Red Squads 2012 in America, going after good peole like you and me… for MONEY. I had to go into this god forsaken hell hole of a town to get my deed 10 months after lliving here — now they claim I’m not even here–and do all they can to keep me in, 247 laugh at me — I’m talking low low life scumbag types who told me in NC that by the time they’re done with me I’d be lucky if I could even afford a trailer… they broke into my home stole my wills, rev trucks in and out of my drive way… you name it.    My experience below is extremely bizarre but true. I have had professionals support me in what I am telling you is the truth. I would like to re-write my experience and re-post it on your site. Wealthy, Rich individuals such as “CHRISTIAN” are hiring private investigators who are freemasons Ex-FBI agents, and masonic Ex-STATE COPS in the areas of Lancaster, HERSHEY, and South Central Pennsylvania. This individuals are actins as hitman. These private investigators are freemasons, and have vast social networks in SOUTH CENTRAL PENNSYLVNIA in both law enforcement, and with the freemasonary. I was stalked, harassed/mobbed methodically for well over a two year period. Under the advice of two sociology professors I kept methodical journals and notes on my victimization. I kept names, quotes, dates, experiences, and witnesses. I am glad I did that now. I filed complaints along the way, and formal complaints with the Pa Governors office of the Human Relations Commission and the EEOC. This established me as a whistleblower.

   3. Under the advice of the ACLU in Washington D.C. I have transcribed my journals and notes. I have created a time-line, that details my victimization. The methodology in which I was victimized is sinister. And I have researched similar cases in order to back my experiences up. There were 7 cases where I a was physically stalked by the police and other bizarre individuals. There were witnesses to the stalking. My conclusion, I was stalked in Lancaster, HERSHEY, and South Central Pennsylvania like a cold war spy in communist East German. The strategies used were the following: psychological tactics include the following “STASI tactics”., (Bullying, stalking, and psychological harassment), And tactics similar to the FBI’s COINTELPRO used in the past. There is no doubt about this.

   *According to the following articles published in the NEW YORK TIMES, USA TODAY,and THE WALL STREET JOURNAL published and dated between July 12-22 2012,these articles appear to define clearly what had been used to place me under surveillance in Lancaster, HERSHEY, and South Central Pennsylvania. All the articles published contain informaion on tracking devices, and illegal surveillance were printed on the front pages of these three big newspapers. The devices, APPS used on cell phones, tracking devices, and the illegal “unwarranted” stealing of my emails. Some of the items used were Ex-KGB spyware, and these device are being employed on everyday citizens.

   *I read on the internet where the FBI is getting 350,000 reports a year where common citizens are being stalked by groups. They can’t describe who is stalking them and harassing them. But it is happening. They are being stalked, and these individuals are not schizophrenic nor delusional. Their emails are being read, and text messages by APPs, and individual HACKING into their emails accounts and cell phone accounts. They read the WHERE-A-BOUTS of women and whomever they are targeting, and tracking. “ILLEGAL SURVEILLANCE!” The FBI when call will asked these individuals stalked, “WHO ARE “THEY”?” ….well I think i have the answer to that question the FBI is asking now, “WHO ARE “THEY”?”

   *Many individuals are reporting cop stalking them and women reporting being followed and there WHERE-A-BOUTS being monitored strangely by police…

   4. What sparked me is my interview with a former Naval Veteran, who is an independent, experienced truck driver of 25 years. He is trustworthy. This man is not liar. This Navy veteran stated, “For years Freemason/union truck drivers harassed me, and my friends who were non-union/non-freemason truck drivers. The Freemason/union truck drivers would harass us non-union/non-freemason truck drivers until we would leave, get fired, or quit. If we didn’t quit, then us non-union/non-freemason truckers would continue to be harassed. They would come out to our work site and harass us non-union/non freemason truckers. After being harassed for so long by freemason/union truck drivers you would get frustrated, or upset. And then lash out in exhuastion. It’s unstable. The freemason/union truckers would then call their brother freemasons from the police dept. And these freemason cops would arrest the non-union/non-freemason truckers and charge them with felonies. The non-union/non-freemason truckers would then be quickly black listed on the internet or black ball them from driving. They would bust into the non-union/non-freemason truckers house by obtaining search warrants off fellow freemason judges. More charges would be manufactured. A freemason attorney would be appointed to the non-union/non-freemason truckers, and a possible freemason judge and then the non-union/non-freemason truckers would be convicted. and thrown in jail possibly.”

   *”The Silent Destroyers” Ring Knocking from Lancaster, HERSHEY, and South Central Pennsylvania all the way down to Delaware. They destroy everthing: relationships, careers, and de-construct one’s lives, and destroy ones soul. I thought they only sold cookies and helped burned children these Freemasons and Eastern Stars(female masons). Perhaps they are “COMMUNITY BASED GATE KEEPERS in Lancaster, HERSHEY, and SOUTH CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA engaging in community based mobbing?” I am from York Pa, and not from Lancaster Pennsylvania…

   5. This Naval Veteran and non-union/non-freemason trucker then stated, “You have tell people what they did to you. You have post this story on the internet and let people know what they had done to you. It’s odd they were harassing teachers. But they harassing you and forcing you out of work. It’s strange they were doing it to you. But you have to let people know. I posted things on the internet. You have to let people know, you know. It is the only way it will stop. They have done this stuff to me for years. I know friends they have done it to.”

   6. My formal complaints PHRC Case No.200800802 & EEOC Case No.17F200960329. Are the frame work and proof of over one years harassment/mobbing by individuals at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania. It happened to three professors in less than two years, and if you count the HOMOSEXUAL ex-marine who was discriminated and chased off it was four of us in less than two years at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania. I filed small complaint along the way, and nothing was done.

   7. I found out the following were being forced out at Harrisburg Area Community College in lancaster Pennsylvania: Outsiders, the outspoken, vulnerable U.S. veterans, U.S.veterans, whistleblowers, and HOMOSEXUALS. And then replaced by the followning: RELATIVES (nepotism or Nepo-DISCRIM), friends, Fellow freemasons, and Eastern Stars (FEMALE MASON).

   8. I told the dean at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pa about one particular 33 year old student from Manheim Pa, who harassed me everyday from 3 to 7x a day. I leave each moring earlier and earlier in order to avoid this adult student, and each morning he would still get to the school before me. The security guard would let him in the school. And we went there for me. Always with a superman shirt on. for weeks and months this student harassed me, and stalked me. I noted everything in my journals. I told the dean 12x, and the dean did nothing. This 33 year old student owned his own business. It was bizarre, the harassment and stalking by this individual was intentional. He would also say extremely bizarre things (THEY ARE NOTED IN MY JOURNALS). A formal complaint was filed against this student, and the actions taken by the dean were noted in this complaint. 12x the dean was told about this student by phone, in person, and email, and nothing was done by the dean. The dean simply asked, “DO YOU WANT TO QUIT. Gosh I hate when this stuff get to me. I hate when this happens. This happens ALL-THE-TIME…”

   9. This harassment/mobbing had gone on for a year at Harrisburg Area Community College in lancaster Pennsylvania. It was bizarre. I didn’t what was gone on. I know this harassment/mobbing never happened at Penn State Univeristy. In my mind I kept referring to the harassment/mobbing as “GANG RAPE”. I didn’t know what academic mobbing or work place harassment was at the time. I was soldier, this stuff happened to soldiers. We deal with things. However, after over a year of being mobbed/harassed i was worn down and psychologically exhausted.

   10. The final attack came almost a year later. An instructor came into my office on a summer day. I had a short break between two summer courses. This instruct harassed me and verbally attacked me. This officially documented. This instructor came in and harassed me in my office, and she was not teaching at all during the summer. Her showing up at my office in the summer, and just when I happened to have a short break seemed staged. It was bizarre. After harassing me, this instructor quickly ran back and told the dean I had harassed her. And suddenly a mysterious witness showed up. I wrote a incident report up on the events. I told the truth. But then I began to be harassed by adminstration and then called a time-bomb and basically called a liar. Then more false stories were made up about me. I then sought out the adivice of academic Attorney Vivian B. Narehood in Lancaster Pennsylvania. (LATER I FOUND OUT THAT THE WOMAN WHO HARASSED ME WAS THE DEANS RELATIVE. THIS WAS KEPT A SECRET FROM ME.)

   11. Also the instructor had forced out another sociology professor before me. I have emails from the forced out sociology professors that I had saved. I actually filed an informal complaint against this same instructor months before she had harassed me on that summer afternoon. This instructor was given the former sociology professor’s courses that was forced out the previous winter. This instructor who harassed me, I found out later did not have a sociology degree and both by school policy and the sociology departments policy was not allowed to teach at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania. But some how the dean relative was still allowed to teach at Harrisburg Area Community College in lancaster Pennsylvania.

   12. After my formal complaints PHRC Case No. 200800802 & EEOC Case No. 17F200960329 reached Harrisburg Area Community College a police report showed up at the University of Delaware. For ten months an lengthy bogus investigation would ensue, and end three weeks before the Pa Governor order Harrisburg Area Community College to respond and answer the 70+ counst of harassment and discrimination on PHRC Case No.17F200960329 & EEOC Case No. 17F200960329. Three weeks after my house was broken into through the window, Harrisburg Area Community College responded to the Pa Governors orders. Isn’t that something??? This is fact.

   13. I was thrown in jail at 15x the normal amount, and accused of wanting to blow up the University of Delaware and kill more kids than Virginia Tech. I have never owned a gun in my life. I am a pacifest. I am a reasonable man. I a quiet intellection who had never done drugs in my life.

   14. For two years rumors were circulated about me at the College and after I was fired that I was the following: DANGEROUS, Aggressive, unstable, on drugs, a time-bomb, a loose cannon, a racist, and I that I have WEAPONS.

   *Strange, it’s like George Orwell’s novel “1984″ in Lancaster, HERSHEY, and South Central Pennsylvania into Newark DE, and Wilmington Delaware. A man can’t fall in love in this area. You can’t have sex in Lancaster, Hershey and South Central Pennsylvania. And even if you buy a condom in Lancaster, Hershey, and South Central Pennsylvania you will be monitored and placed under surveillance. I believe these RICH, WEALTHY residence “CHRISTIANS/freemasons”in Lancaster, HERSHEY, and South Central Pennsylvania have been doing this for decades. I feel as though these individuals had harassed, stalked, mobbed, black listed and chased out hundreds-if-not-thousands of individuals in this area over the last two-hundred years. It’s KULT-STALKING combinded with cop stalking and police harassment!

   15. After being thrown in jail, my friend left the house in order to come down to Delaware and bail me out of jail. The neighborhood watch group on WOODS Ave informed the University of Delaware security. These security guard from the University of Delaware were led by two ex-FBI agents, and an EX-DELAWARE STATE COP. possibly freemasons. These University of Delaware security guards rushed up to my house on WOODS AVE in Lancaster Pennsylvania where nobody home and busted throught the window.

   16. They took the following: College books, piled my ex-girlfriend gifts of POLO shirts up in the middle of the bed, and my three U.S. Army medals laying on the dresser vanished from my three honorable discharges. Quickly a freemason at the Lancaster Newspaper was contacted by the University of Delaware security guards and this freemason named OLE FREEMASON Ad Crable placed me on the internet 12x, and internet blackballed, and internet black listed me for filing complaint and being a whistleblower. Currently the internet black listing and internet black balling is down to 6x by OLE FREEMASON Ad Crable of the Lancaster Newspaper.

   17. Pa State Trooper Richard T. Drum called me 3x and the break in and stated the following, “I have never seen an investigation like this before. This certainly isn’t state police protocol nor none I have ever seen before. We call people. We talk to people. We communicate with people and we just don’t come out and bust into peoples houses. You don’t have any guns. 90% of the stuff they had taken had nothing to do with any charges. This is odd. You should get everything back. They were walking across the street on WOODS AVE to peoples houses they knew were home. They talked to them as if they knew them. They walked directly to their houses. It was on a summer afternoon on a weekday. I don’t get this. They were taking pictures. And going through your personal things. I don’t understand this. That U.D. Security guard called OLE FREEMASON Ad crable at the Lancaster Paper. That University of Delaware security guard said that stuff to OLE FREEMASON AD Crable. I don’t get this. I just the middle man here. I don’t know.”

   18. Forensic Psychologist/Criminologist Dr. Robert G. Thompson at the Delaware psych-clinic in New Castle DE was brought in. When I told Dr. Robert G. Thompson details, he looked at me as if he had seen a ghost. This is true. And I the doctor the truth. Dr Robert G. Thompson stated the following to me, “THEY really wanted to hurt you. THEY wanted to get you for everything they could. You were smart. Yes I believe you,that THEY sent those text messages. They did a lot more. I believe THEY did a lot to you that you are not aware of. I support you. You are honest. That was extremely smart of you to do those things. You were bad when you first came in here. I wanted to give you some time. I want you to know this. The prosecutor and the University of Delaware security guard wanted me to institutionalize you. I wanted you to know I told them “NO”, and this was my decision. I told them you are fine in Lancaster. Are you seeing anything? You are just depressed. You a little better now. I was worried about you. THEY a lot to you that you are unaware of.”

   *THEY do not communicate you. You are unaware of what THEY are doing to you. They destroy your relationships with the people you love. Turn them against you, and you against them. It’s true! “THEY” spread rumors and slander you. THEY are doing all kinds of things to you in order to undermined your psychology in Lancaster, Hershey, and South Central Pennsylvania down into Delaware. This is true, and this documented with supporting facts and witnesses in my case. These individuals isolate you in order to harass you/mob you so that there will be no witnesses. And Proxy Stalk individuals. THEY will do it relentlessly until you breakdown. You think it’s bad luck. It’s not! It’s ole school bullying/mobbing techniques being employed by harassment groups and KULTS. With a new twist, “TECHNOLOGICAL GADGETS or spyware”

   19. THEY attempted to have me diagnosed with schizophrenia or a delusional disorder. No, I am neither of those things. Dr. Robert G. Thompson was 100% correct, THEY did do many things to me. After looking throught my journals and transcribing my notes in to a time-line like the ACLU in WASHINGTON D.C. had told me to do, HUNDREDS-OF-THINGS were done to me to undermine my psychology. These individuals who’s name have been sent into the U.S. attorney General “THE HONORABLE ERIC HOLDER JR. had almost killed me and placed me in the hospital for a year and a half. *By certified mail on April 15, 2012 U.S. Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr, and the U.S. CIVIL RIGHTS Div in Washington D.C. was sent those names. A time-line was sent and all the official complaints to the EEOC and PHRC. He, and the U.S. Dept of Justice “THE CIVIL RIGHTS DIVISION” now know who “THEY” are. THEY are war criminals engaging in East German STASI tactics, and tactics similar to the FBI’s COINTELPRO in the late 1960′s and early 1970′s. It is a criminal conspiracy by definition.

   20. Late in December of 2010, I appeared before Judge Jerome O. Herlihy(302-577-7042 & 302-255-0800) of the Delaware superior court in Wilmington DE. The Honorable Judge had these items to say, “What are University of Delaware security guards headed to Lancaster Pa for anyway? Did your attorney even communicate with you at all? Where did you get him at? He isn’t helping you. He is no good. Get rid of him. What kind of deal did these two give you?You don’t recall because you just didn’t do these things. Do you know you are not guilty of this charge? Do you know you can found not guilty of this charge in front of your peers? You are not DANGEROUS. Jail is for DANGEROUS people and you are certainly not one of them. I am not going to put you in Jail. You teach SOCIOLOGY. Who is the doctor? Dr ROBERT G. THOMPSON at the Delaware psych-clinic? There is nothing wrong with you. You are just depressed. what kind of meds do they have you on? Yes I will see your evidence. Any that you have. What is he whispering to you. Tell me. Don’t listen to him. This is strange. You are from York and not from Lancaster. What are University of Delaware security guards had to Lancaster Pennsylvania for anyway. Something isn’t right here. I don’t get this, something isn’t making any sense here.”

   *”THEY” stalked me and Harrassed me/mobbed me, and then had me charged with “FAKE” Stalking and “FALSE” harassment. Nice cops, and great policemen, huh??? It’s an illusion through trickery designed by baiting, luring, agitating, and provoking me. One big act where you are at center stage, and these indviduals are all preforming around you. Then with holding all the evidence from the Judge. In this case JUDGE JEROME O. HERLIHY of the Delaware superior court in Wilmington DE.
   *”THEY LIE 2 to 3x, AND THEN ALL LIE FOR EACH OTHER, and then say, “YOU ARE THE LIAR”. like the great sociologist’s Erving Goffman’s Dramaturgical analysis “perspective”. You are at center stage, and they are playing roles.

   21. Former attorney Natalie Woolshin of Wilmington De stated, “This is odd. The University of Delaware security harasses kids for underage drinking. And stuff like that. This has to be the biggest thing that has ever happened in the University of Delaware securities history. This is strange. I believe that security guard was calling your employer. We have an entire different side of this story. You are not pleading guilty to anything. Not one charge.”

   22. Former Attorney Natalie Woolshin obtained the Univeristy of Delaware police reports. These Univeristy of Delaware police reports were riddled with lies. It was stated I slept with a student. I had never done that. And the Univeristy of Delaware must certainly have me confused with somebody else. An University of Delaware security guard was arrested in May of 2012 for harassing a student who he had sex with while employed by the University of Delaware. The student had to call another police dept in order to have the University of Delaware guard stop the stalking and harassment.

   23. My email account was HACKED into. My messages were taken with out a warrant. My messages were stolen illegally and then transcribed onto these University of Delaware police reports creating a story that I was DANGEROUS, and unstable. A mysterious witness was calling in to the University of Delaware security department and stating I was driving around delaware. This mysterious witness who was said on the U.D. police reports to be “TRUSTWORTHY” stated I HACKED into my ex-girlfriend computer 400x. I don’t how to HACK into computers, and I would never do that to anybody. For 10 months I was recieving text messages, and phones call from “EMERGENCY CELL PHONES” around the clock. The period would very, and there would be peak times when these text messages and phone calls would come in. I would recieve bizarre messages from 5 to 6 phones. I kept two of their numbers, the others were “EMERGENCY PHONES” and one had to be a spoofing devices.

   24. Three weeks after my house was broken into Harrisburg Area Community College answered the Pa Governor’s order to resond to the 70 counts of harassment and discrimination on PHRC Case No. 200800802 & EEOC Case No.17F200960329, and those response to the Pa Governor by Harrisburg Area Community College are “RIDDLED WITH LIES”.

   *Ring knocking from South Central Pennsyvlanvia all the way down to Delaware…”THEY” lie 2 to 3x, and then “THEY” all lie for each other, and then “THEY” say, “YOU ARE THE LIAR!” The Silent Destroyers!

COINTELPRO = GANG STALKING = TERRORIST WATCH LISTS PROCESSING. Look how they went out of their way from DEL all the way into PA. Check to see if that DE group is associated with the National Watch Group. Lots of money is being made for locals doing this, then they submit it to secret FISA courts.

     They are preparing to rev-up those numbers 5 1/2 times higher with that Utah bldg and round up massive amounts of Americans. WHY? DePopulation? Ethnic/Idealogy Clensing? Those that run everything now are 85-90 percent right-wing-agenda-extremists and they do not like anyone who speaks-out for the truth and injustices, nor Historians who want the real US history to be taught to anyone else. They want the entire public lower then at the dumbed-down level. The ones who stole those votes in Florida are a big part of it, as well. DE isn’t far from MD & NJ. Something evil this way came. You are at a very positive level. Start a massive connection keeping as many as you can find informed. Be vigilant, pass out flyers, have monthly meetings. I have PA contacts who are victims just like you.
